The Challenge

As part of their launch into the Queen’s Park area, Douglas & Gordon sponsored the Queen’s Park ‘Nomad’ Open Air cinema screening to raise awareness and the profile of their offerings. The sponsorship was staged over four weekends with a different film for each weekend giving Douglas & Gordon the opportunity to run four 30 second adverts.

The Approach

Due to the media being used to raise the awareness and profile of the sites launch, network developed a series of four videos, each tailored to the title they supporting. They were developed to be dynamic but most importantly fun so to create some engagement with the brand whilst including an offer element to drive visitation.

The Results

All four videos we’re very well received by both the client and viewers at the open air cinema viewings, with a lot of positive social media feedback on Douglas & Gordon’s social channels. The sponsorship also raised the profile of the new site opening and drove a substantial amount of enquiries.
