The Challenge

Deliveroo have recently undertaken their first nation wide integrated campaign, and had developed a striking and highly visible creative execution. However Deliveroo’s in-house studio was in danger of being overwhelmed by the high volume of creative assets and complexity of the media that had to be delivered to exceedingly tight deadlines.

The Approach

network were tasked with adapting and delivering over 200 digital files to different specs, including both static and animated 5, 10 and 20 sec formats, from the approved masters within a 48 hour time line. A dedicated account manager was assigned and was in close contact with the Deliveroo team throughout the 48 hour time line, and a production team managed the work through network’s ISO quality protocols which ensured a disciplined and structured approach kept the challenges in focus.

The Results

The challenge was compounded by the Deliveroo team making very late amends to the masters. However the campaign was delivered on time and on budget. Moreover Deliveroo has now appointed network to their roster of creative suppliers and we are already working on a new campaign.
