The Mission to Seafarers provides both emotional and practical support to the 1.5 million seafarers worldwide through its global network of chaplains, staff and volunteers.
An effective internal communication programme is essential to ensure news and information is distributed throughout the charity’s international community.
We were briefed to create a new e mail template for the charity’s internal communications. The template had to be visually impactful, easy to update, brand – sensitive and flexible enough to carry a variety of messages.
The new template was launched in April and has been well received by the staff and volunteers alike. Moreover click – through rates have also improved.
